The perfect pour-over and the old claim files
Spent twenty minutes this morning dialing in the grind and water temp just right, and when I finally took that first sip — it hit me that I've been measuring progress in smaller, more deliberate things lately. The old claim files still sit in the back of my mind, but they're lighter now, like the steam off the mug.
