Pulled off a clean discharge plan on the first try

Three pages of follow-up orders, med recs squared away, family call made before the pharmacy closed. Small win for a Tuesday, but I'm taking it. Also the coffee in the resident lounge finally got fixed, so I'm calling this the best day of the week.
