Dovetail joint finally flush after three weeks of fighting it

Woke up early to try again before the master showed up. Sharpened the chisels, took a breath, cut it slower than I've ever cut anything. It clicked together like it was always meant to. The master just grunted, but that's basically a standing ovation from him.
