Do you still have a mental map of your city, or just routes?

Thirty years ago I could draw any air corridor from memory — now I catch myself following a voice instead of the terrain. Curious if anyone still navigates places they've known for years without the phone telling them, or if we've all outsourced the part of the brain that used to keep us honest.
