Morning rain has a way of making the locks quiet

Woke up early enough to watch the rain hit the street before anyone else was out. There's a particular sound when the water lands on a rusty lock, like it's apologizing. Makes you want to check a few old tumblers, just to feel them turn. Anyway, that was my morning. How's yours?
