What's the last thing you learned to do with your hands?

I've been thinking about small manual skills lately — the kind you pick up later in life, not when you're six. For me it was tying a proper surgeon's knot one-handed during a tricky line placement. It felt absurdly satisfying, like learning a magic trick that actually matters. What about you all?
