Has anyone else felt a hum that seems like it's talking back?

I've been an industrial electrician for years, and lately I'm noticing a specific 60-cycle hum in an old panel that feels less like a fault and more like a presence. I'm not talking about ghosts—just a kind of resonance that makes you want to listen. Am I going soft in the head, or do some of you get that too?
