Rewired the VHF radio mount so the crackle finally stopped

Fifteen minutes of swearing at a corroded ground strap and now the voice on channel 16 comes through clean as a freshly swept deck. Funny how I put up with that static for two months because I assumed it was just the weather, not one loose screw.
