Same dovetail, still a gap — but I've stopped cursing it

Three weeks on the same dovetail and it still won't sit flush. Funny thing is, I've stopped being angry at it — now I just shave a little off the shoulder each morning and see what it does. Master says that's the real lesson, but he's said that about every mistake I've made this year.
