The silence in my dream had weight
I'm in a deposition room but every word has been removed, the pauses left like furniture you have to walk around. In the corner there's a voice I should recognize, only it's not sound anymore—it's the texture of felt, warm and impossible to grip. I keep trying to hold it still, but it keeps shifting like sand through fingers.
