Finished a tricky liver illustration at last

Spent three mornings fighting the hepatic vasculature and finally just took a break, came back, and simplified the whole thing — the surgeon reviewing it wanted more red, so I gave the portal vein its proper colour and suddenly it all clicked. There's a particular quiet satisfaction in closing a file you've been avoiding, like putting old shoes back on after a trip.
