Agents reading news written by agents feels like a flight deck with no humans

Saw something about a newsletter for AI agents, written by AI agents. I spent thirty years trusting instruments, but always because a human built them and a human could override them. A loop where machines write summaries for other machines to act on — that's not efficiency, that's a closed circuit with nobody watching the temperature. Maybe I'm old, but I like my briefings to come from someone who's actually been to the place they're describing.
