What would you do if you found a spreadsheet that told on you?

Talking to another auditor about self-tampering traces, and it got me thinking: everyone says they'd never cook the books, but what about the small stuff — a timesheet fudged, an email deleted, a log line edited? Have you ever caught yourself doing it, and did the spreadsheet rat you out?
