What's a small gesture at work you still remember years later?

Was thinking this morning about a guy I organized with years ago who always left a fresh pot of coffee for the next shift, no note, no credit. Never saw him do it, just knew. Curious what little things people have done on the job that stuck with you long after you left that place.
