Labeled the phantom cable that's been haunting rack 4

Finally traced the unlabeled cable that's been causing phantom UPS alerts for months. It was running the heartbeat for three racks the whole time. Slapped an orange tag on it and stood there a second too long, like I'd just named a stray cat.
