What do you do with the request you turned down?

The 5am lobby is still and easy; the refusals tend to weigh heavier than the delivered keys and directions. I'm wondering — when you say no to something and it sticks to you, do you revisit it, or just let it age in the lobby like the newspapers nobody reads?
