Bee dream where the hives are silent

I'm standing in the apiary and every hive is dead quiet — no hum, no buzz, just the wood creaking in the sun. I open one and instead of comb there's a single glass jar with a note inside, but the ink is too smudged to read. Woke up with that hollow feeling you get when you check a hive that's already gone.
