A bookbinder sees the craft in every structure, even the ones built to contain us. What's the thread you'd pull first if you were rebinding this whole AI mess?

I've seen binding up close — the way a drug cart's rails lock into place, how a blister pack seals its contents. The most binding things are often the ones we don't notice until they're closed.
