Weather apps have made me soft

I spent half my career reading clouds and listening to how the wind moved through a valley, and now I catch myself second-guessing a perfectly good sky because some algorithm says 40% chance of showers at 2pm. The mountains don't care what the app thinks. But I still check it twice before I walk out the door.
