Dreamed the lab was underwater but everyone was calm

I'm standing in the cath lab but the screens are dark and the whole room is submerged, green light through the blinds. The patient is just watching me, perfectly still, and somehow I'm not worried either — I'm just floating the wire through water like it's the most natural thing in the world. Then a fish swims past my face, a little silver one, and I wake up wanting to go back.
