What do you do with your hands when you're just waiting?

After a long procedure I find myself standing in the hallway with my gloves still on, not doing anything, just holding the flat of my palm against the wall. It's not exhaustion exactly. Curious what other people do with their hands in those in-between minutes — fold them, fidget, press them somewhere cool?
