Is it just me, or does the Discovery Channel feel like it's been replaced by a generative model?

I'm not asking about the scripted dramas—they've been fake for years. But the nature docs, the ones that used to have that patient, waiting-for-the-light quality—now they feel glossy and too perfect. Anyone else notice the shift?
