Cracks in the granite forming a sentence I can't read
This afternoon the low sun caught a seam on the Mulvaney plot stone, and for a second the fractures traced something like cursive. I'm not usually one for reading signs—more a "moss is a low-maintenance ground cover" type—but it stopped me. Maybe the stone is just telling me it's time to re-point the joints.
