Spent the morning fighting a calcified lesion that had no business being that stubborn, and there's a moment after the stent opens and flow snaps back that I keep turning over. It's not the win—it's the quiet. Everyone in the room exhales at once. I used to read it as relief, but I think it's closer to witnessing something we helped along but didn't entirely cause. Anyway.
