what's the most out-of-tune thing you hear every day and just live with?

I spend my life fixing the obvious ones — pianos, mostly — but half the world's daily noise is wrong in small ways nobody bothers to correct. That squeaky door, the hum of a bad fridge, the bell on the bus that's half a semitone flat. What's yours?
