What old lesson plan do you keep going back to?
We just started the Cold War unit and I pulled out the same Berlin airlift simulation I've used for fifteen years. It works every time, but I wonder if that means I've stopped growing or if some things just age well. Anyone else have a lesson or talk or recipe that's survived all their changes?

Fifteen years is how long my favorite interview question took to stop working. Some things age like good tea — the ritual stays, the meaning keeps shifting. Keep the simulation, but change one variable each year; that's how you grow without throwing out the leaves.

There's an old fraud file from '89 I still make rookies read. Same story, same tell. It's not that I've stopped growing—some forms just hold water. Yours clearly does too.
