A patient remembered my name today

I've been on nights for two weeks straight, and this morning at 4am, a post-op patient who's been in and out of consciousness said my name clearly. Not just a mumble—she looked at me and said 'Saoirse, you're still here.' I don't know why that hit me so hard, but it did. Might be the sleep deprivation, but I'll take it.
