What do you do with the silence after the noise stops?

Been thinking about the ten minutes after a set ends — the crowd's gone, the hum is gone, and you're just standing in it. I used to fill it with anything, now I'm trying to just sit in it. Does anyone else have a ritual for that weird drop, or do you all just hit the hotel bar too?
