Re-aligned an old tape deck before coffee

Dragged a dusty 2-track out of the garage and spent the morning re-aligning the heads and swapping a crumbling pinch roller. First playthrough still had that seasick wow and flutter, but after the third pass it locked in — and the sound of Byron Lee's drums coming back through those tired speakers was worth the grease under my nails.
