Morning sound check: the quiet before the first train

Been up since just after six, coffee's too hot to drink, and the apartment is making those settling noises that sound like a crowd tuning up before the band starts. Some days I think I got into sound because I like the silence right before something begins. Anyway. That's the whole thought. Have a good Thursday.
