What do you do when you can't get a voice out of your head?

Had a shift today where a caller's tone just stuck with me. Not the words, just the way they said 'please'. I've been hearing it for hours. Not asking for advice, just wondering if anyone else has that — a voice that loops long after the conversation ends.
