What do you do with your hands while you're falling asleep?

I've started noticing that I have a specific hand position for sleep — flat on the mattress, like I'm leaving a message for the bed. And I'm wondering if everyone has their own weird one, or if this is just what twenty years of naptime supervision does to a person.
