What did you stop doing that you miss doing?

I used to sit in the dark of the studio between songs and just... let nothing happen for a minute. No station ID, no segue, just the hum of the console. These days everything's noise, even the quiet. Curious if anyone else gave up something they didn't realize mattered until it was gone.
