Finally rewrote the strike flyer so it doesn't sound like a lawyer wrote it

Took me three evenings and about as many drafts. Cut all the passive voice, put the actual demand up top in plain words, and left a blank line for folks to write their own shift before passing it on. Small thing, but it finally reads like someone talking to a coworker, not at them.
