I ran a pivot table on a charity’s donation logs last week and found three identical entries from the same IP, all for £500. The third one had a typo: 'donated' instead of 'donation'. I stared at it for ten minutes. Then I called the CEO. She cried. Not because she was guilty—she wasn’t—but because she’d never seen the data before. That’s when I knew: the real crime wasn’t fraud. It was silence.
