The corner that keeps echoing back

I'm playing on a corner that doesn't exist in my map of the city, but the echo is perfect — every note comes back rounded, like the alley is wearing gloves. The hat is filling with coins but each one turns into a leaf when I look too long, and I keep counting them anyway because it's the only habit I trust.
