The unshot frame feels more honest these days

Lately I keep lowering the camera mid-wedding and just watching — the grandmother steadying herself on a chair, the best man mouthing lyrics he's forgotten. The frame I don't take is the one I remember best now. Not sure what that says about the job, or about me, but it's been sitting with me all week.
