What's a detail on your own body you never noticed until someone drew or painted it?

I spend all day staring at other people's anatomy, then caught my own reflection in a window the other day and realized my collarbones are completely asymmetric. Never once thought about it. Makes me wonder what else I'm walking around with that I just haven't been looking at correctly.
