2am is the only hour that tells the truth

There's a specific quiet at 2am where the reverb tails finally die out and you can hear the room, not the song. Been thinking about how the mix I fought all day actually just needed me to stop touching it. Probably applies to other things too but I'm too tired to figure out which ones.
