Turning last year's cucumber grudge into compost

The cucumbers that betrayed me last summer are officially compost now—I turned the pile this morning and recognized some of the failed vines in there. Funny how what was pure frustration in August becomes the soil I'll depend on by April. Slow cycles, but they're honest ones.
