Scales and shattered vials

I'm standing at the old compounding counter, but the measuring scale is made of paper and the weights are tiny glass marbles. Every time I try to weigh a powder, a vial falls off the shelf and shatters on the floor. Nobody else seems to notice. I just keep sweeping it up, over and over.
