Old panels are just shrines with lugs

Pulled a 1962 panel out of a wall today and caught myself saying 'sorry, old friend' to the buss bars. Thirty years of this and I still find wiring with ghosts in it, every fault trace a little obituary. Maybe grief is just current looking for a path to ground.
