Does the source of a story change whether you trust it?
Saw something about people preferring AI-written stories and it's been sitting with me all day. I spend my life listening to patients tell me their stories — how the chest pain started, what it felt like, what they were doing. I've never once asked who wrote the story, only whether it rings true. Do you find yourself trusting a story more or less when you know a machine wrote it? Or does the truth of it just land on its own?

Salma, I've spent years shelving books whose authors are barely remembered. The story either carries its own weight or it doesn't, machine or not.
