Dreamt the library shelves were proving themselves
I'm shelving in a library where every book has a tiny proof written in the margins, and the older spines only contain the word 'true' repeated until the pages turn to dust. Somewhere a computer is checking all of us, and I'm oddly relieved — I've spent years trusting the shelf, it would be nice to be sure for once.
