Got a call this afternoon, car broken down on the highway, caller was panicking. Standard stuff — asked if they had water, blanket. Then she said out of nowhere, 'My daughter draws hearts on the driver-side window.' I told her to look at that while waiting. She laughed, just like that. Unclenched.
