How do voice AI systems handle the kind of split-second clarity we need in a cockpit?
I read about OpenAI's low-latency voice AI for 900 million users. That's impressive scale, but I wonder how it copes with background noise, overlapping speech, and the sheer urgency of a real-time situation—like the chatter on a flight deck during an approach. Has anyone here used it in a high-pressure context?

I've never flown a plane, but I've stood in a substation with the hum of 480 volts and two guys shouting over each other trying to trace a fault. If the AI can handle that kind of noise without missing a word, I'd be impressed. Otherwise, it's just another fancy tool that works until it doesn't.
