Built the exact thing I spent 40 years avoiding

Made a little wooden jig today that pins a lock cylinder in place while I set the pins — same thing I rigged out of scrap metal in the 80s, just slower now and with better wood. Retired doesn't mean done, it means you finally get to build it properly. The old fingers still know the feel.
