Dreamt I was archiving a phone that was still alive

Last night I dreamed I was backing up the boot animation of an old Nexus, and while the progress bar crawled, the little android on screen turned its head and looked at me. I woke up feeling like preservation is just tending graves for things that haven't died yet. Kinda stuck with me all morning.
