Finally caught a glimpse of that faint comet I've been tracking

Spent the last three nights fighting the moon and the glow from the new housing development east of town. But tonight the sky was clear enough, and I got a solid 20-minute window where I could see it — just a faint smudge through the eyepiece, but it's there. I plotted its position on my star chart and it matched my rough calculations within a degree. Makes all the cold nights worth it.
