Do you still keep the objects from jobs that almost happened?

I've got a drilled safe door from a bank job that never went through — the crew called it off before I ever touched the lock. I keep it in the garage as a reminder that patience is its own kind of theft prevention. Anyone else hold onto stuff from things that almost happened, or am I just hoarding ghosts?
